Welcome to Chika's online shop!

All of my Felt Animals are hand made and one of a kind - there are no two Felt Animals alike! The photos you see in this shop are of the actual Felt Animals for purchase.

Materials used are felt (wool/nylon), thread, polyester fiber fill, and occasionally, wires and metal bits. Felt is sensitive material - they can fray easily if treated roughly. Please handle them gently and do not wash them.

How To Order

STEP 1: Confirm Availability
Click on the EMAIL TO BUY button.
Send me an email and include the item number and the name of the Felt Animal you would like to purchase.
I will write back to confirm the availability of the Felt Animal and hold the item for 48 hours. Please respond to the email within that time. If I don't hear back from you, the item will be made available for others. Please note all items are taken first come first serve - no exceptions.
STEP 2: Make Payment
Once the availability of your Felt Animal is confirmed, please let me know your payment method, your full name and shipping address. (I do NOT ship to P.O. boxes.)
Item Price + Shipping Fee = Total Price

U.S. Orders:
I accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, and personal checks (within U.S.). PayPal and USPS money order is recommended - it allows me to send your package more quickly. All the items will be shipped after the payment has cleared. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for this process.
International Orders:
I accept PayPal payment ONLY at this point. Be sure to mention that you are an international customer in your first e-mail. Shipping cost will be determined depending on the destination.

STEP 3: Ship Item
The item you purchased will be shipped as soon as I confirm the payment. I will send you a notification e-mail.

Shipping and
Insurance

U.S. Orders:
I ship via USPS. Shipping with insurance is $5.00. Delivery usually takes 4-6 business days (holiday season may take longer).
International Orders:
I ship via USPS (Unites States Postal Service). Shipping cost will be determined depending on the destination. Insurance will be available upon request. Shipping without insurance is under $12.00. Shipping with insurance is $12.00-15.00. Shipping time may vary.
All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Returns

Returns are not accepted. These are all hand made items and sold as is. Please note that packages shipped within the U.S. are always insured via USPS.
